Salon Policies

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience at HOB.

As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is
to take the most healthy and realistic approach to achieving your hair goals!

Please read the following policies carefully.

A signed electronic waiver will be required prior to your day of service.
After booking your appointment, you will receive the waiver(s) by text and/or email.
Thank you for your understanding!

HOB requires a valid credit card on file at all times.


Consultations, Brazilian Blowout, Balayage/Ombre, Extension & Color Correction services

all require NON-REFUNDABLE deposits.

Please see the deposit chart below.

Deposit will be applied toward appointment services if cancellation policy is followed.

Remaining service balance will be rendered at the time of service.


Cancellations, No Shows & Tardiness

In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment,

48 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation charges (see chart). 

If appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice or you No-Show your appointment,

the card on file will automatically be charged a minimum of $75 PER SERVICE and, if applicable,


Acceptable forms of cancellation: phone call during HOB business hours.

Online cancellations are not available at this time.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service,

we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive any or all full services scheduled, and cancellation fees will apply to any services we are no longer able to accommodate.


Courtesy Credits referenced in chart can only be used to book another appointment for the same client,

are non-transferrable to any other client and can be used towards any product or service.


Credits cannot be used to purchase a HOB gift card and are not redeemable for cash.

This charge is per service. 

Example: Brazilian Blowout + Highlights = 2 services.

Late cancelation fee:  2 x $75 = $150 PLUS FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT


Credit will be placed on the client’s account and does not expire. Valid for redemption towards any service or product (excluding hair extensions and gift cards). Not transferable to another client.


Hair that was purchased separately than service deposit is yours to pick up or will be held in the salon for future extension installation appointment.


Deposit will be applied to the balance of applicable scheduled service for the day.


Before booking a consultation appointment, there will be communication with the client about hair goals. This ensures that the client and HOB are both confident that the client's hair goals can adequately be discussed during the consultation before the client commits to booking with a deposit. The deposit will be applied to future services booked during the consultation. If client decides to not pursue scheduling services at the time of the consultation, the $50 deposit is forfeited and redeemed as the consultation fee.


HOB does not issue refunds.

Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your hair results after a service,

please communicate with us immediately within 10 days of your original service date

so we can swiftly accommodate you and make reasonable adjustments that align with your originally communicated goals.


HOB cannot perform any redo services if you or another stylist

outside of HOB makes adjustments to your hair after your service.

After 10 days, any change to your hair color, texture, growth, breakage, etc. is considered the sole responsibility of the client

and HOB is not held liable for color fading or alteration, hair quality, correction, or redos.


Redos are a courtesy service and are ultimately at the discretion of the service provider to provide.

Extension, Brazilian Blowouts & Color Correction services are excluded from the HOB Redo Policy and 10 day adjustment window.

All retail is final sale, including clothing, hair products*, hair extensions and any other item sold outside of professional services.


*Hair products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for a different product, with reasonable consumption of product during that time. Difference in price from the originally purchased product and the newly chosen product will be forfeited if new product is less than the purchase price of the original product or paid if greater than the original purchase price.

Non-Sufficient Funds & Invalid Credit Cards

Checks will be accepted at the discretion of House of Blondes. 

Please present your Driver's License or State Issued ID with name and address

matching what is listed on the check at time of payment.

All checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $50 fee in addition to unpaid services,

plus any other related bank fees, and will automatically be forwarded to collections.

A valid credit card is required to be on file at all times.

If a credit card fails to accept any charges for services rendered,

or to enforce a disclosed and agreed upon salon policy,

the card holder will be notified to supply an updated card. 

Chargebacks will be challenged and supported with all documentation.

Clients who pursue a chargeback on any service will no longer be able to receive services at House of Blondes.


Refusal to pay for services rendered or policy fees will result in a report to police authorities and be sent to collections.
