Associate Program

After minimum 6 weeks HOB systems training, we provide an opportunity to grow in a commissioned salon with no product fees with a clear career path for unlimited growth. Travel stylists commit to minimum of an in-season (Oct-May) advance rotating schedule (e.g. every 4, 6, 8, weeks) at HOB for minimum of 1 week per visit
Travel stylists receive:

This position is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering salon guests additional service opportunities, as well as assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs, while following all company policies and procedures. Includes responsibilities of sales, creatiing reservations through phone and in-person, following scripts to close retail recommendations, customer-service.

Shampoo Assistants provide essential support to hairstylists by preparing clients for their services, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. Your primary responsibilities will include shampooing, conditioning, and massaging clients' scalps, as well as maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
Cleaning Assistants help maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in our salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the salon remains spotless and welcoming for clients and staff. Your duties will include sweeping, laundry, sanitizing tools and workstations, restocking supplies, and assisting with general upkeep of salon facilities.
