Seeking 5-star-quality front desk receptionists immediately. These individuals are the front face of the salon, both on the phone and in person, therefore requiring elite candidates.


For consideration, we are searching for candidates with the following traits:

  • Confident, yet unassuming

  • Able to work independently, as well as work as a team.

  • Able to be self-motivated and find productive activities during slower periods of business.

  • Able to build and maintain positive, healthy interpersonal relationships with other team members.

  • Extremely articulate, utilize an advanced vocabulary in verbal and written communication; excellent grammar skills

  • Naturally hospitable, yet firmly able to communicate and uphold salon policies with clients

  • Attentive to detail with few errors

  • Reside within a 30 minute drive to Downtown Naples; punctuality and dependability is extremely important

  • Tech-savvy

  • Able to multitask, learn quickly, work hard and strive for excellence

  • Excellent memory

  • Able to accurately learn, repeat and apply the correct scripts to clients when the need presents


Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years solid customer service experience in the fields of beauty, retail, hospitality, aesthetics, or similar (references will be verified)

  • Scheduling experience 

  • Sales experience 

  • Phone experience

  • Willing to undergo background check

  • Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets; Social Media; Iphone, Ipad, Apps


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet clients

  • Accept deliveries and mail and maintain inventory

  • Schedule appointments through phone or for client at the time of appointment

  • Manage the schedule moment to moment throughout the day

  • Ring up clients

  • Salon Maintenance duties throughout the day: sweep, clean, laundry, restock retail, and other as needed.

  • Brand Code/Dress Code-Must maintain and present a fashionable, professional image following our brand code requirements of dress, hair, etc.

  • Continued Education – learning new products, services and creating scripts to professionally offer these items, as well as customer service workshops.

  • Able to attend monthly team meetings and 1on1 meetings 



We are currently hiring for 2 long-term, part-time positions that will grow to full time positions. From now to Fall season:

  • (Approx shifts) 9am-2:30pm & 2-8pm M-F; 9-6 Saturday

  • Willing to alternate Saturdays or flex hours through summer

Late Fall, potential to grow to full time, depending on candidates availability.

  • Third, if you are as described above, meet all requirements and the hiring manager agrees you are the best candidate, you will meet with the Salon Owner
